Getting around MCO

Terminals

Terminals A and B (gates 1–129, in four airsides) and Terminal C.

Changing terminals

Gates sit in four airsides reached by tram from the main terminal. Airsides on the same side of the terminal connect without another screening, but switching sides, or going to Terminal C on the Terminal Link train, means clearing TSA again.

Customs and international arrivals

Arriving from abroad, you clear U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), collect your checked bags, drop them at the recheck belt and go through TSA security again before your connection.

Tips for connecting at MCO

  • •Allow extra time if your gates are on opposite sides of the main terminal or one of them is in Terminal C.

MCO connection FAQ

Airlines set their own official minimums at MCO and only sell connections that meet them, so a one-ticket itinerary is always "legal". In practice we recommend at least 50 min for a domestic connection, 1 h 35 min when you change terminals and 2 h 20 min after an international arrival.
