Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of goodflightdeals.com and our flight-deal alerts (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

What we do

Good Flight Deals finds discounted airfare and sends alerts by email and, for Premium+ members, SMS. We are not a travel agency or airline. You book directly with the airline or travel site we link to, and that seller's terms, prices and availability apply. Fares change quickly and may be gone by the time you try to book; we don't guarantee any price or availability.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. You're responsible for activity on your account and must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership.

Plans and billing

• Free: see up to 10 deals from your airports at a time, at no cost.
• Premium+: $49 per year, billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Free trial: first-time Premium+ members get a 14-day free trial. You enter a payment method at signup but are not charged during the trial.

Automatic renewal

Unless you cancel before your free trial ends, your Premium+ membership automatically converts to a paid membership and you will be charged $49. It then renews automatically every year at the then-current price, charged to your payment method on file, until you cancel. We'll remind you by email before your trial ends. If we ever change the price, we'll tell you in advance and the new price applies from your next renewal.

Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel anytime, in one click, from your Account page, or by emailing hello@goodflightdeals.com.
• Cancel during your free trial and you will not be charged.
• Cancel after you've been charged and your membership stays active until the end of the year you paid for. It then won't renew.
• Charges are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

Acceptable use

Alerts are for your personal use. Please don't resell, republish or automatically scrape our deals, or interfere with the Service.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Good Flight Deals isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for problems with flights, bookings or third-party sites. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; if a change is material we'll notify you by email. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE].
